The Referral Lab cannot proceed with testing without the following required information:
- specify the coagulation factor inhibitor(s) requested
- indicate patient’s anticoagulant status
- List any factor replacement products (e.g., Jivi or Hemlibra) the patient is using
- Call the Coagulation Lab at x4643 for instructions before sample collection
