Clinical Significance

Screening for potential presence of the methadone. This screen does not detect presence of the methadone metabolite, 2-Ethylidene-1,5-dimethyl-3,3-diphenylpyrrolidine (EDDP). Urine drug screen results should always be considered presumptive and followed up.
