○ Specimens in fixative, 24h pooled specimens, urine from a catheter bag, specimens ≤40 mL (unless a larger volume is not obtainable) will not be tested. ○ Indicate if the patient has been treated with bladder instillation of M. bovis BCG
○ Sterile container (min volume 40 mL)
○ Collect first voided or catheter urine into a clean, sterile container, on 3 consecutive days.
