This test is referred out to another testing centre and is to be received in flow cytometry Monday to Friday and no later than 11:00 am on Fridays. No flow cytometry testing on weekend and statutory holidays. Specimen to be stored at room temperature.

CD15+ neutrophils: <0.1%
CD64+ monocytes: <0.1% In case of discrepancies, always interpret results using reference ranges as stated on laboratory reports and/or electronic patient chart.
GPI-Deficient WBCs (CD235a+/CD59-):
Type III RBCs: <0.01%
Type II RBCs: <0.01%
Totoal GPI-deficient RBCs: <0.01%
